If your Pup To Go is not everything you want it to be, you can return it within 30 days of the ship date on your sales receipt . Please make sure your Pup To Go is in new condition to get a refund. I'll personally see that you get a full refund of your purchase price, not including shipping, posted to the credit card account used to make the original purchase. It's that simple. See? I've got you covered. (Who's your favorite Shih Tzu?)
For a refund, just return your Pup To Go with the original sales receipt (required) through a reputable shipper who uses tracking to the following address:

Please allow 2-3 weeks for your refund to post to your account because I'm a busy dog now that I go all over New York City...so many places, so little time.
If you need to make an exchange for a different size that's no problem at all (I know that some pups go a little too heavy on the biscuits). Just contact me to arrange an exchange.
